The project including:
- locate reading the floor damage, locate leaks from the main water connection
- completely demolition the floor including floor joists
- make foundation and build the wall using engineering brick to support new floor structure in the middle the room
- build new floor structure using 8×2 timber, fitting to the walls by masonry wall hangers, all the timber protect in the wall joints using DPM membrane
- laying plywood on the top of existing new build floor
