This project was done by our highly skilled builders and carpenters for one of our permanent clients located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea SW3 – South West London.
Our company MK Refurbishment London Ltd signed the contract to supply and lay a new solid oak wood floor in the maisonette located in Chelsea Green.
This project in a high residential area included:
- Protection of the working area
- Remove and disposal of existing carpet
- Supply beautiful new black solid oak floor
- Supply of noses, beading, oil, paint, and thresholds
- Lay the wood floor on the special underlayment – elastilon strong, which is a special self-adhesive
- Undercut architraves and door frames
- Trimming the doors
This complete bathroom refurbishment project in Chelsea is done by our refurbishment team, including the following trades; handyman, carpenter, plasterer, and painter.
The floor was laid in the following rooms: living room, dining room, bedroom, and hallway.
Our carpenters for more quality finish fitted there the stair noses and corner beadings. Our builders during this work trimmed the solid wood doors, made undercut the door frame and architraves to delivered the highest quality of finish.
After the wooden floor was laid, our painters and decorators repainted the skirting boards with the finish coat paint to deliver what we are always trying to deliver – “the highest quality of finish” for all our clients across the Central and South-West London.
