Carpenter handyman– who specialise in all types of the carpentry work. He can repair the sash window, change or install door lock, fit the skirting. In simple words he can do all aspects of carpentry odd job, including furniture assembly.
Electrician handyman– He can do all small electric work. From exchanging two way light switch, relocating the socket, light switch to all types of electric odd job. For our work on request, we will provide NICEiC.
Plumber handyman– He can do all types of plumbing odd job, such as: leaks fixing, install basin or exchange kitchen taps, unlock drainage, exchange the toilet. Upgrade existing plumbing on request. For the gas work we will provide Gas Safe certificate.
Painter handyman– He can do all decorating services from simply refreshing, external house painting to complete house decorating.
All of the work will be completed within a building regulations. We have in place as well public liability insurance, which provides peace of mind on one call property service.

Warranty
MK Refurbishment London Ltd. warrants all labour performed and material installed at the job site. In accordance with the contract, drawings, alterations, and additions for a period of six months from date of installation. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, and/or product abuse.
Under this warranty, will be provided the opportunity to have one of its representatives assess any damage identified to be caused by MK Refurbishment London Ltd. employees and/or material installed by our refurbishment company.
If said damage is judged to be the fault of team workmanship and/or material, MK Refurbishment London Ltd. will at no cost to the Owner repair or replace defective material.
