  • Full Electrical Re-wire: The entire property underwent a full electrical system overhaul to ensure it meets current safety standards and modern power demands.

  • Consumer Unit Upgrade: We replaced the legacy fuse box with a high-capacity, modern consumer unit, significantly improving electrical safety and performance.

3. Plastering & Aesthetic Finishing

  • Substrate Preparation: We completed extensive plasterboarding throughout the renovated zones to provide a robust base.

  • Professional Plastering: We delivered a high-specification plaster finish, including the precision boxing-in of structural steel. The interior walls were finished to a perfectly smooth standard, ready for the final decorative touches.
